Mono - Dec 2023 - Farmhouse Reno

Nothing was left untouched, with this farmhouse renovation. The entire interior was removed, all floors were leveled and supported, staircases were moved, roof systems re-framed and dormers added.

The exterior has been completely re-cladded, painted, and had new soffits, facias, and eavestroughs installed. We added a covered porch, redid the roof, and replaced all windows and doors.

The interior has come together so wonderfully. Even through redoing everything, the true heritage of the old farmhouse was not lost, but (in contrary to that) it truly highlights everything that makes these homes so special.
