Millgrove - Feb 2022 - Detached Arena

For this customer, we built a 90’ x 220’ arena with some nice features. Pine board and batten cladding on the exterior, that was intentionally left unfinished to let it naturally weather over time. 8’ high tinted Suntuff all around the building, tinted Poly 16’ x 16’ overhead doors and a nice timber frame porch over both Dutch-door entrances.

On the interior, we installed vertical 6’ high kickboards, aluminum gates across the overhead doors, and large 8’ x 8’ sliding windows. On one end of the arena, we built a wall with a 6’ set into the arena to create a storage space behind it.

Additionally, there are two full length tube heaters through the arena, (32) 150W High Bay LED lights, electric door openers, Wi-Fi throughout, 8 surrounding speakers with microphone hookup, and high-amp electrical hookups on the exterior wall for trailer plug-ins.

This arena was built with a future barn addition in mind.
