Innisfil - Dec 2015 - Farm Shop

What this farm needed was a nice shop, and we delivered. With a size of 55’ x 88’, this shop is extremely functional and can be used for a large variety of purposes. A 20’ and a 24’ automatic overhead doors allow for easy access, also with large equipment.

Inside the shop, there is a great office/rec room with adjacent bathroom and utility room. Above these rooms we created a useful mezzanine for storage.

The interior shop is cladded in steel, except the bottom 4’ of the sidewalls having plastic coated plywood on it. This prevents dents and keeps this shop looking sharp for longer. Radiant tube heaters on the ceiling keep the main shop warm, while LED lighting keeps it bright and easy to work in.

On the exterior, there is a modern grey and black look with black shutters to match. Three large cupolas stand on the ridge, the center one having a weathervane on it, giving the shop a distinct look.
