For this client, we were able to do a phenomenal addition and renovation, completely transforming the original house by tripling the original square footage, plus adding a large 3-car garage. On top of that, we built quite the enviable backyard space!

This amazing backyard area, and the equally great living room, open up completely to each other through an 18’ long bifold door. The living area has timber frame trusses throughout and connects to the kitchen, which is in the original house, but completely redone. Through the hallway, you get to the master bedroom, which has windows on 3 sides, bringing in amazing amounts of daylight. The large walk-in closet and ensuite complete this part of the house.

Through the strategic use of pocket doors in specific areas, the hallways stay very open and accessible. A beautiful set of timber stairs leads down to the basement. All in all, this project was a beautiful testimony of what can be done to an existing house when dreams, designs and craftmanship all come together.
