Caledon - Oct 2021 - Arena Reno

On this arena, dug into the hill, we did a full renovation with a complete new interior and exterior. New roof, siding, eavestroughs, doors and windows. We also redid part of the foundation and footings.

On the interior we fully insulated the building, installed all new electrical, created angled Ash kickboard with kickboard doors. Reverse tongue&groove pine on the walls and a steel ceiling. Four 70’ tube heaters keep the arena warm while 16’ fans on the ceiling keep the air moving. 
New Accoya Dutch doors lead into the barn and two clear Poly doors lead to the exterior.

We installed ten clear Poly roll doors as windows; these doors are remote and app controlled. This allows for synchronized control from a phone or other device.

Together, with other renovations on this property, HFH has been able to give this beautiful farm some amazing updates.
